Our yearly Maintenance Agreements include the following:
- Clean or replace standard air filters with high efficient pleated filters
- Inspect primary and secondary drains
- Clean primary drain line
- Inspect and test drain pan float safety switch (when applicable)
- Inspect blower components (clean and adjust as needed)
- Clean inside cooling coil at a discounted rate if needed
- Inspect outside condenser coil (clean as needed)
- Remove debris from outdoor unit
- Inspect and replace up to 5 feet insultape as needed at condenser
- Inspect and tighten all loose electrical connections
- Monitor air conditioner temperature drop (add freon if needed at a discounted rate)
- Monitor voltage and amperage draw on all motors
- Monitor air conditioning and heating cycles
- Inspect briners (vacuum and/or adjust as needed)
- Inspect heat exchangers for cracks
- Adjust gas pressure as needed
- Inspect pilot operation and adjust as needed (replace if needed at a discounted rate)
- Inspect furnace flue for proper venting and safety clearance
- Test all safety controls
- Inspect heat anticipator settings, adjust as needed
- Inspect thermostat operation
- Inspect thermostat batteries (replace if needed at a discounted rate
