CEO, Tom Bunch, has been in the heating and air conditioning business for over 50+ years. When he felt his physical capabilities began to diminish, he developed a team of technicians and installers to continue providing the same superior service that is associated with Tom Bunch.
Tom’s team receives yearly factory training, classes on the latest updates in the industry, and certification for online courses in similar subjects. He believes in learning by doing, so he also cross-trains, meaning, when possible, his installers work with his service technicians on both installations and service calls.
